The drug discovery industry has two unsolved problems. We solve both.
Patented spiropentane scaffolds. AI-guided virtual libraries. A published, peer-reviewed platform ready for pharma partnership.
The Science
Spiropentane scaffolds.
Unprecedented. Patented.
Our Diazo Ylide reagent enables the first general synthesis of polyfunctionalized spiropentanes, two fused cyclopropane rings sharing one carbon, creating ~90° twist and unique C–C distances of 270–280 pm that flat molecules cannot reproduce.
The Lovering Effect (Pfizer, J. Med. Chem. 2009) proves that higher Fsp³ directly correlates with clinical success. 90% of today's pharma libraries are flat and sp²-dominated. Our scaffolds occupy the untapped 10%, building blocks that are unmatched by any competitor worldwide: non-metal intermediates, fast routes, high flexibility, fully eco-friendly synthesis.
The Platform
From one scaffold to billions of drug candidates.
Our AI-guided pipeline turns one patented scaffold into a target-specific compound library, enumerating into the billions of possible forms, then narrowing to the few worth synthesising.
Ways to Benefit
Three ways to put our chemistry to work.
From single compounds to full platform licensing, engagements scale with how deeply you integrate our 3-D chemistry into your pipeline.

The Market
A $28.5 B market, and we hold the keys to a unique segment.
The global small-molecule CRO synthesis market is large and growing, and for poly-decorated 3-D spiropentanes, it is effectively uncontested.
Source: Grand View Research, CRO Market Size And Share Report, 2024. Market growing at ~7% CAGR through 2030.
Pre-Seed · 2026
We're raising $1.5 M to scale the platform
and land our first pharma partners.
Funds go toward automating AI-guided synthesis, scaling our spiropentane compound library, and executing first pilot libraries with pharma partners. Annual burn: €130–150 k, asset-light by design.
